Dear Expert, We have received a notice from the Income tax dept reg late filing fee u/s 234E which would come around 26000 for the first quarter. We had done the payment of tds on 7th of every month but filing was delayed. Is there any possibility to avoid paying this fee. Pls Help what should be done in this case. Regards, Madhu 9894583826
