Dear Sir I have a question to ask is that,I have accounted Rs:40000( in may ) in repairs and maintenance account and I didn't deduct the TDS and made the full payment in May. Now I in march I deposited TDS & Interest from our Hand. Now my doubt is in which quarter the return should be filed ? Can I file the return in the Fourth Qtr ?
