HI Sir, One of my client having Income Tax profit nil but book profit is positive value. Because of this MAT 23369 how can i recognize this amount in books. Mat Credit Entailment is asset but which one can i credit in profit loss account. Can i create provision for taxation in books it is liability. How to disclose MAT in schedule 3 profit and loss account.can i taken as current tax expense.

Hi, can you please confirm for a sole proprietorship firm can we file ITR 4S ? Everywhere it says ITR 4S is for individuals and not company.Now while filing my own personal return having income from my company is eligible for ITR 4S?. Thanks
