k. vidyasagar says : sale of agricultural land
pls tell me under which section, sale of agculture land situated at rural area is exempted

sir I filed the form 1,18,32 for the incorporation of Pvt.Ltd.co. and challan generated but payment has not been made to the Bank yet.In the mean while i found that some errors have committed in Article of Association. Can i rectify the said form and re-upload again. Please give me advise.
