in case a gift is given above 50,000rs then how will tax apply to it would it be counted in normal taxslab or any other tax will also apply

Thanks Aditya sir but what will the situation if a)If FDI is holding 51% shareholding b) Uncalled capital is from local promotors and c)again want to issue new shares to promotors as partially paid up?
