Hi Ajay, Our Organisation is working on a financial analysis tool. We want to give customized reports as per different customer segments. Now my query is, who all are the users of MCA "View Pubic Documents" or say "Inspection of company Records". We also would like to have a rough idea on %share of users for these documents. Sir, For the FY 2014-15 A pvt ltd is paying Directors remuneration. on June 2015, as it is not paying Remuneration. no need to deduct & pay TDS. On June 30 2015, A pvt ltd. paid total remuneration and deduct TDS on that date and paid to govt on 7th of July 2015. Now my question is can A pvt ltd company claim remuneration as expenditure with Income Tax Department while filing return U/s 139(1)

i have given my IPCC group 1 exam in nov 11 clearing it in 1st shot but gav my group 2 ipcc in nov 13 ...i appeared for ca final gr 1 in nov 14 & now im giving ca final group 2 in may 2015..can u tell me which attempt will it be counted cause i have not failed so far in any of my attempts but i just give the exams group wise...?hows my future prospect considering i gave individual groups and not both groups together in both inter & final?

hi, i am mittal, My query about CST & Vat in month of August i sale material agsinst 2% Cst, of rs. 100000/-, payable CST is rs. 2000/- in that month i have a VST credit of RS. 45890/-, whether i want to pay rs. 2000/-as tds or i adjust against VAT CREDIT
