Hi, I have one Query Regarding Correction in Amount in Challan which has already Filled in Orignal Return with Wrong Amount. Because of this Challan is Matched in NSDL and Unmatched in OLTAS. Because of Wrong Amount Booked in NSDL their is Demand From TRACES. Can You Short out my This Query ???? Thanks in Advance.........

Dear Aditya, Read ur comments on amalgamation of Pvt with LLP. Request you through light on merger of LLP into Pvt Co. As per my understanding still the provisions of CA 1956 are applicable and as per sec 394 (4) (b)transferor co can be any corporate. Regards Ranjeet

Respected Sir, When a company is converted from pvt ltd to a public ltd company what happens to its bank account status??? How soon the change must be intimated to the concerned bank??? Can a company after conversion to a public limited still continue to hold a bank account in the old name of the pvt ltd company??? If they have such account for a long time and continue to transact business in that account for years together is it illegal? if so what action can be taken against them??? Thank you

Sir, We can not eligible to take credit due to currently we are not covered in Excise so , and we want to take a rebate or any exemption on purchase of CNC machinery, Because our supplier is covered in Excise and they pass Excise duty to us but we are not eligible to take a credit for the same so how we can adjust the purchase and sales transaction,The machinery base Price is more than 20,00,000/- and ++ excise so cost price is very high and we can't take a credit for the same so this is one type of cost on our head therefore i would like to requesting you that how we can purchase the same and let me know that there are any scheme for SSI Industries to purchase the Machinery without payment of Excise or any rebate etc. Kindly do the needful & oblige.
