should seperate vat invoice books for taxable and exempted sale be maitained ? i am making taxable sales in sirial no. invoice books now i started making tax free sale, my question is that can i make tax free sale in same invoice book or i have to get print other invoice book and also tell if i get other sale invoice book then it will have other serial no. or different serial no. from present taxable sale book

Dear Sir, Plz let me know that in case of Conversion of a company into LLP, TDS Deducted by company which is not deposited at the time of conversion, will be deposited in the came of company or LLP. and the Return will be filled by LLP or Company? Regads.

Dear Sir, Uploaded service tax return on 25 i.e. on last day. Today on 26, when checked the status, it showed rejected due to wrong notification no. We had put 04/2007 for exemption up to 10 lacs. Now what to do? Re-uploading or re-filing would attract the penalty? Please advice. Thanks in advance. Bhargav
