Sir, I am paying the Service Tax, is there compulsory to mention the Cess @2% & @1%. I am going pay the total amount with Cess. Plz Urgent.

Hi Aditya, I am a salaried employee with a MNC and also part time trader. I have incurred a loss of 50k in stock derviatives trading and 1 lakh loss in commodity (MCX) trading.Since derivative trading is treated as business income, can i add loss to my total CTC and fill my IT return. For example if my CTC is 7 lac then can i add total 1.5 lac loss to it and pay tax on remaining 5.5 lac. Thanks in advance!!
