I sale one residential property sept 2009. When he will open to capital gain a/c from date of sale. And what time frame to purchase new residential propery for save capital gain long term. Now we booked new property july 2010 & agreement will sign befor 31 july 2010 & All capital gain money pay to builer. Can you tell me the the this correct . Or it is must to possession of property before 31 july 10 if possesion will get july 11 . plese give us your view for capital gain.

sir actually i want to know, that how can i calculate my leaves. and how many days i have to do it further, if i availed 200 leaves during my articleship period. n i had worked 10hrs in a day in my articleship and doesn't maintain any record of that....please reply as soon as you can
