Hello sir, Please help me M really in need, i m in second year of my articleship training n my principal is not giving me stipend from past months n his behaviour is extra violent in the office . I have to do all the things in his office from tea making for his clients as well as all the works as peon do thats why i left the office then i ask my principal to give me termination then he refused to do so .. Even though he also insulted my parents also Please help even institute is not listening my query

Its gud to see u, read ur comments with their resolvings Can you tell me, by what rule, circular no, icai provides condonation by president, means condonation above a year in submitting form 103 As one of my friend, had issue with sirc n got his certificate late after 1year qith retrospective effects of year back, and with that view she was puruing her article training which was unregistered.. Than by what rule, its acceptable n provisions there in As aubmission is delayed at cause of other branch of institute itself Reply up... I am also in ca final but not aware of it rule There is only a provision that above 1year president grants condonation

our client company(PVT) receive share application money(15000 shares @10 ) in cash from one of the directors on 8-FEB-2014.But they didn't open separate bank account .Till now , the company didn't allot the share.company wants to allot the shares. what is course of action to avoid penalty , what e-forms to be filed for allotment.whether share application money received in cash is prohibited.

Hi Ajay I have a client who wish to close his company registered in Delhi. In Balance sheet we only have cash & Bank Balance on assets side and Paid up Capital & Reserves on Liabilities side Can you please provide information regarding winding up procedure like 1. Whether Winding up is done under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 provisions. 2. Form for filing declaration of solvency. 3. E-Form for Filing Special Resolution. 4. Whether High Court approval & appointment of liquidator is required or not As we don't have any assets (except cash) so it is mandatory to appoint liquidator Also latest E-forms to be filled with ROC Thanks & Regards CA Gouarv Dureja
