Sir. Please help me...Its my third year of articleship and I need to take transfer on medical grounds as my CA is torturing me like anything..M appearing in may 15 for both groups and he is not ready to approve the leaves even though m left with 120 leaves. Plz tell me what r the documents required for transfer on medical grounds. And If I intimate about my tranfer to my CA, he'll not sign the xam form. Then what is the solution??? Can I get the form signed by the new principal even though m not registered with him bcoz of the time required for termination and reregistration. Sir please guide...

We have made an Interstate Purchase against C Form in May 2014 and that was not filed in May and within the 6 months period. Now our supplier is asking for C Form . We have entered Interstate Purchase for May 2014 and if we enter the CST @ 2% when we file VAT Form 100 for Dec 2014, is there a possibility of Generation of C Form keeping Invoice details as mentioned in may 2014 and the date of Generation as April 2015?

Hello, My name is Vamshi krishna I have completed my orientation and now in between ITT and i have registered for IPCC under direct entry scheme on nov 14 2014 but i didnt yet received my SRO number till now. When is the last date for me to get my IPCC in nov 2015. And as u said 9 months of articles and 8 months of study are both different months i mean total of 17 months or out of 9 months of articleship 8 months are to study? Please help me and thanks in advance.
