As per the Section 161 of the act the tenure of additional director appointed will be till next AGM or the due date of AGM whichever is earlier. My query is do we need to file any form to RoC in the case additional director vacate the office because of AGM held after 30th Sept

Now my query is, who all are the users of MCA "View Pubic Documents" or say "Inspection of company Records". We also would like to have a rough idea on %share of users for these documents.
