HI : wud like to know if TDS on rent 10% is only on base charges or on base charges plus (10.3) service charges. Kindly let me know. thanxs.

DEAR EXPERTS, PLZ CLEAR MY CONFUSION , I HAVE FILED THEIR ITR OF NIL TAX FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS. NOW I WANT TO APPLY FOR BANK LOAN BUT SOMEONE TELL ME THAT YOUR ITR IS USELESS BECAUSE BANK CONSIDER ONLY THOSE ITR THROUGH WHICH YOU HAVE PAID SOME AMOUNT OF TAX. WHEATHER HE IS RIGHT . IF YES SO WHAT I DO NOW FOR BANK LOAN......

Hello Madam In regard to aforesaid, I wanted to know that if we deduct TDS on provision for any any expenses (without receiving the original bill), will we be required to make payment of such TDS within the scheduled period to the Govt.
