as per provision of TDS we have to furnish furnish at least 85% PAN no, we do our work Through Labour contractor and many of them dont have PAN no. , i) my question is that if we not deduct TDS we are defaulter or ii)if we deduct TDS and not deposit we are defaulter iii) last option is to deduct and deposit the same but report only to extent 15% in form 24Q please sugest me what i can do.
