Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Dear Sir, I am a Indenting Agent & Regularly I do return file of my personal account as well as my HUF account. Now i wanted to earn from agriculture. I have been owned a land from my Personal Account. For Tax saving Purpose i wanted to do this business from my HUF. So, Please guide me wat i have to do for that. Can i transfer the land on HUF name or i have to Show the land on lease to HUF? & if Yes then Please tell me how? Thanks in advance.

Hello sanjay. hw r u ? I need your help again. I am preparing Minutes of a listed company.I need to have Board Resolution for approving the notice for passing of resolution through Postal Ballot. For further clarification date of notice -8.Dec.2011 date of declaration of result of postal ballot - 8.Jan.2012. thanks

sir, my query is,i have issued a single lower deduction certificate stating my 3 clients , on which lower deduction was applicable with limits. one of the above client said that the this certificate will be issued separately i.e one for one client basis and hence said in invalid. department said that certificate was correct in all respect. thanks in advance
