Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Respected Team members, For the financial year 2014-15, I wrongly submitted the ITR form. Scenario is , i was not a permanent employee. They deduct tax (10%) every month and given form 16a to me. But today i noticed in the portal that the form which i submitted has been processed with a message no demand no refund. I have'nt received any intimation by email. I supposed to get 15000 INR as refund. Some professionals said i wrongly submitted the ITR form. Instead of ITR4 , i efiled ITR 1 . Please advice me how to proceed further? Advance thanks for your replies

Sir.. Please help me...Its my third year of articleship and I need to take transfer on medical grounds as my CA is torturing me like anything..M appearing in may 15 for both groups and he is not ready to approve the leaves even though m left with 120 leaves. Plz tell me what r the documents required for transfer on medical grounds. And If I intimate about my tranfer to my CA, he'll not sign the xam form. Then what is the solution??? Can I get the form signed by the new principal even though m not registered with him bcoz of the time required for termination and reregistration. Sir please guide

I HAVE TWO QUERY: 1. REGARDING DIR-5 FOR SURRENDER OF DIN. IN THE DIR-5 FORM THERE IS A SECTION OF DECLARATION WHICH STATES THAT "I HAVE NEVER BEEN APPOINTED AS DIRECTOR IN ANY COMPANY AND THE DIN HAS NEVER BEEN USED FOR FILLING OF ANY DOCUMENT WITH ANY AUTHORITY" I AM NOT GETTING THIS SENTENCE BECAUSE IF A DIRECTOR IS DECLARING THE ABOVE SENTENCE THEN AT THE TIME OF FILLING FORM OF RD-1 WE CANT GIVE CIN NO. OF THE COMPANY.. 2. REGARDING DIR-5 THAT MY CLIENT IS A DIRECTOR IN 15 COMPANIES AND HE IS EXPIRED NOW, SO WE HAVE TO FILE DIR-5 FOR EVERY COMPANY HE WAS A DIRECTOR... OR WE CAN FILE ONE 1 DIR-5.. AND OTHER DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY CAN SIGN INSTEAD OF HIM IN THE DIR-5 AND RD-1 FORM.. NEED TO RESOLVE THE QUERY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.. THANKS IN ADVANCE...
