Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Sir I scored 385 in Final CA - November 2014. [a/c52, fm53, audit42, law44, costing40, isca54, dt48, idt52] My query is I got unexpectedly low marks in law & costing where I was expecting an exemption. I have already called for my papers, I want to know from you will it really help??? I mean are chances to clear??? I have not applied for revaluation since papers will be revalued and sent to me. Please reply.

If customer is in bangalore i was purchased poduct rs 20000 from that customer ,,,, we haven't give c form for that party so finally they deduct 14.5 % for that product ,,,,,,, In that case it'll appear tnvat or cst,, what Is the category code for that ? Pls help me sir
