Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Dear Sir, I put query on 26.03.2015 but still not getting answer so I personally message You. Sorry if I disturbed. My Query is: Can individual set off Loss from Self Occupied House Property (interest u/s 24) and claim deduction u/s 80C (repayment of loan to acquire that self occupied property) in Return of Income of AY 2014-15 if same was considered in Return of Income of Spouse in AY 2013-14? Note: The said House Property and loan is in joint name of Individual and Spouse. Thank You in advance. Ketan R Suru

sir, i purchased machinery from union bank of india under ssi. recently bank has got sabsidy of 100000. bank has make fd of 100000 instead of credit amount to my loan account. so what is accounting entry in my account.
