Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

My principal submitted form 109 on march 2015. it mentioned my articleship period up 31/03/2014. and my termination is made. Now is there any possibility to change that date. What if my principal gives me in writing that there was a clerical mistake. It should me 2015 not 2014. Help me please

Dear Sir, How to provide the remuneration of ONE MD & 2 DIRECTORS OF A PUBLIC LTD CO. Capital of a company - 10lakhs First Year No income -can you provide remuneration and it may be treated as remuneration payable in balance sheet. Second year - net profit 1600000 lakhs how to provide remuneration. Can you help me as soon as possible.

Sir, I am IPC student and preparing for Nov 15 attempt.In subject of Indirect Taxation practice manual there is less number of example solved. For every proviso of CENVAT credit isnot covered.Please tell me how to prepare for the same for final exam.
