Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

can u pls ans dis-- 1. can a illiterate person be a member of company?? he can put his thumb impression for signing to become a member?? which thumb impression is to b provided- right or left?? 2. in case a porson wans to b a member of company but has his hands amputated so how would he subscribe to MOA??? by wht means other than Signing? sir i couldn't prepare properly i have my cs professional exams all modules due in dec 2012 i know it's late but i don't want to give up if you can please help me with markings ,notes for all modules ...cant afford to buy scanners if anyone have reliance scanners can anyone help me with that too.. my email id is nidhikakrania@gmail.com.. thanks regards nidhi
