Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Hello Sir, Can you please inform me that in Private Limited Company AOA point 8 (b) says "Provisions contained in Section 171 and 173 of the Act, shall not apply to the Company". Now in following case can we conduct meeting within 2 days. Is it, we need to change AOA and alter this clause or conduct meeting with 7 days notice. Please reply me as early as possible as i have already file Form 23 and need to upload Form 67 (Addendum) regarding the same by 12/12/12. Dear sir We are a manufacturing unit situated in Maharashtra. Our client is provided some material for production of their job. They are raising debit notes (Material cost + VAT)for the same. (MVAT Transaction) My query is can we get VAT set off against the debit notes? Please help us out. Urgent. With Regards Anil
