Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Dear Sir, Just i want a clarification about our vat and cst returns . actually our organization is a pharmaceutical drug manufacturing lab but in this lab they are purchasing some small quantity of chemicals raw chemical powders for making a sample of 100 grms to 1000 grms quantity and they are sending this drug as the name of free sample to the out of country so my doubt is how to Show the free sample into the vat returns?????

dear experts,i have submitted form llp1 for application for resevation of name after submission of the form the roc reply is that "clarification for non filling of B/s and A/R of existing co. form shd be submitted by 17/01/2013 failing which the eform shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record(refer rule 36 of companies regulation 1956)" Now i have already filled the 23ac, 23aca, 20b of existing co. before submission of this form. now my query is what kind of clarification they are asking and how to resubmit and do i need to resubmit the llp1 form??? please help me
