Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Dear Sir, Myself CSNitika Gupta. I am working as ACS in a Company. Sir I m facing a problem if u can help? We had conducted a BM for reappointment of MD on 14th Feb, 2013 and effective date of reappointment is 25/06/2013.when we try to upload form 25A an error of timie limit expired is coming.Please guide me regarding the same.

i am having a query relating to one of the my client, who is in trading business of Steel Tubes and pipes and has planted a factory that is a manufacturing division of steel tubes and pipes in sabarkantha district of Gujarat for the purpose of Domestic as well as Export sale of production, Can you please do let me know what incentives and Tax Bnenefits for a newly established industry in that industrially Backward Area he can avail, as soon as possible.

Hello Sir, Could you please answer the following question. a firm was incorporated on 14-01-2010 and held its first AGM on 02-09-2010 however due to dispute between the Directors of the company it could not hold its second AGM. the matter of dispute was brought before CLB on 01-01-2011 and the decision was obtained on 06-08-2012. Could you please help me file an application with the ROC for granting its extension to hold such meeting and excluding the company from being liable to pay charges under section 167 r/w section 210 of the companies act 1956.
