Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Hi-I am currently incorparating one private ltd co.But,again my SRn no it is showing as Pending for Approval under regulation 17(6) since last 10 days.Kindly informed me regarding the normal time period for approval as i am in urgent need of Certificate of Incorporation.

SIR,my qs is share related..some shares have in the name of my mom & dad..my father passed away in 2010..shares are holding from 1999..now demat a/c is transferd in the name of my name..in this situation if we want to sale all shares,there will be any tax liability of my mom?? my mother is house wife..total share valuation now approx 12lakh..purchase price was 45000..we have no other income..my mother is not senior citizen..pls hlp me..

I made an e-payment of tds but I couldnot save the challan after payment. Now when I am trying to download the challan file it is in csi format which I cant open. Can you help me retrieve paid challan?
