Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Dear Sir u always reply to my quries. thnx 4 that. My co. has deducted TDS @ 2% in case on Individual prop. return is filed, Form 16 A is also issued for A.Y. 1.1.2012 to 31.3.2012 how to go about it . party is also not aware.

My 1st year of articleship will complete on 20/7/13. I got Form 109 and got signed from my CA sir on 3/07/13. My new office CA sir told I can join from 1/8/13. My doubt is, there is a gap of 27 days between old office and new office. That gap is ok? Will it affect my Articleship completion date? Thanks in advance.

Dear Sanjay Sir, does it mean that 1.If u deduct d TDS amount keep with u for 1 / 2 months & deposit late then interest is @ 1.5 % 2.if u deduct late then intrst is @1 % plz clearify it soon, i m still confused thnx
