    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    I can answer all queries on all direct tax(including stt) and indirect tax. Accounting standard and auditing standard are also in my forte. basic level cost accounting and final management question can also be asked.

    Dear Sir We have provide professional service in Germany for that we have hire manpower from Belgium when we will paid to them that time can we deduct tds from them 20% if yes can they get benifti of tax in Belgium any trety

    Sir, I have some queris regarding deduction of TDS or not? I have one client who are citizen of India and paying a rent to one of the foregin citizen for the utilisation of server which is located in UK. So whether TDS would be deductible or not for amount paids towards rent? Sir give your reply with proper judgement as per new amendment...
