    What kinds of questions I can and can't answer?
    I can answer all queries on all direct tax(including stt) and indirect tax. Accounting standard and auditing standard are also in my forte. basic level cost accounting and final management question can also be asked.

    Hi, My import duty query is as follows: 1) On what value is the customs duty calculated? Is it the invoice value or the market value of the product? What are the elements included in the finale value on which the duty is calculated? 2) If the container has the main product with other free product(Consumer offer.Printed on the pack. Not free for me) what value shall be considered to calculate the duty? 3) What part of the duty can be claimed? Answer to this or a point in the right direction much appreciated. thanks

    Sir pls help me.I am doing training in listed company Balrampur chini Mills Ltd.And i am getting explosure of Efilings,Esos related work,Right issues and all share transfer,transmission,demating or rematting of shares and other secretarial works etc. So what should be my expected salary after completing my training?I have only CS deegree with me.Pls help me how much i should expect? pls do rply.Thanx in advance

    dear sir, my articleship extended for 94 days and i fill form 108 again. i face some problem to fill the form 108, specially page no. 4 of this form. a information want by icai in this form is 'date of commencement of articleship' plz suggest me what date i fill in this row option(1) - date of articleship starting in main deed (form 102) , Option(2)- date of articleship starting in supplementary deed (form 108). plz reply soon. dharmendra

    sir one house wife having 4 buffalos (cows). daily give each buffalos 3 lt to 5 lts a half day. later rate 34/- approx she give details 4x4x2x32x30x8=245760/- 4lts 4 buffalos day 2 times 32 per lt 30 days 8 months her income from milk selling is taxable income? can required itr 4 and under income from business and profession?
