About me

I am Ramadurai Chandrasekaran, a Chartered Accountant with additional qualifications as a Cost Accountant. After being in the industry for more than 27 years, and more recently with Tata Power in their overseas assignment as CFO, i had to return to India for personal reasons.

I have set up my practice as a Chartered Accountant and focus on advisory and appellate services in the areas of 

  1. Income Tax
  2. GST
  3. Company Law
  4. FEMA and
  5. Accounting Standards

I have posted articles on these subjects. I am an IBBI Registered Insolvency Professional and an IBBI registered Valuer

Recently I was the Chief Financial officer of a JV between Tata Power and Clean Energy Invest AS of Norway in Georgia developing a 185 MW Hydro Power Plant.
