A says : medical reimb upto 15k with bills in form 16
about med. reimb. if your amount of med. reimb. is excess to 15000/- then excess amount you have to shown in 12BA form and also add to gross salary. otherwise below Rs. 15000/- no need to add. in total salary Sir if below 15k medical reimb with bills are not shown in form 16 where will I account the same in my company's book. As the CTC/salary of the employee includes medical reimb upto 15k. If I am not adding the same in form 16, there will be a mismatch in the salary as per form 16 and salary as per my org's books. please help
