I HAVE TWO QUERY: 1. REGARDING DIR-5 FOR SURRENDER OF DIN. IN THE DIR-5 FORM THERE IS A SECTION OF DECLARATION WHICH STATES THAT "I HAVE NEVER BEEN APPOINTED AS DIRECTOR IN ANY COMPANY AND THE DIN HAS NEVER BEEN USED FOR FILLING OF ANY DOCUMENT WITH ANY AUTHORITY" I AM NOT GETTING THIS SENTENCE BECAUSE IF A DIRECTOR IS DECLARING THE ABOVE SENTENCE THEN AT THE TIME OF FILLING FORM OF RD-1 WE CANT GIVE CIN NO. OF THE COMPANY.. 2. REGARDING DIR-5 THAT MY CLIENT IS A DIRECTOR IN 15 COMPANIES AND HE IS EXPIRED NOW, SO WE HAVE TO FILE DIR-5 FOR EVERY COMPANY HE WAS A DIRECTOR... OR WE CAN FILE ONE 1 DIR-5.. AND OTHER DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY CAN SIGN INSTEAD OF HIM IN THE DIR-5 AND RD-1 FORM.. NEED TO RESOLVE THE QUERY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.. THANKS EVERY MEMBER IN ADVANCE...

Please advise on following: If an auditor is providing Tax advisory service to a company, in such a case is it a non audit service or not. If it is whether MGT 14 is required to be filed by the company for appointment of such auditor? Thanks in advance.
