sir, i had sold one excisable machine to one of our client in august 2013, now he is returning this machine to us, is he issue his sales invoice on our name then how much excise duty has to be charge by him?

We are manufacturing unit , We are purchase the Raw materials from various importers. But many Importers are not mention the New Importer Registration Number in Bill. Can we taken the cenvat credit if importer is not mentioned the new importer Registration Number in bill. Please suggest me.

Ok thanks sir, i want to also know that there is no need to registered with department upto 150 lakhs and no declaration will be given to Excise department.
