WE ARE MFG & EXPORTER OF PHARMA FORMULATIONS. OUR EXCISE AUDIT WAS CONDUCTED FOR 5 FIVE YEARS (07-08,08-09,09-10,10-11,11-12) WE ARE SSI UNIT. THEY HAVE FOUND : WE HAD AVAILED SERVICE TAX (07-08 TO 11-12) ON TERMINAL HANDLING CHGS, CHA CHGS DOCUMENTATION CHGS IN CENTRAL EXCISE RG BOOK.
