MY CLIENT HAVE SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION, MY CLIENT OFFERED HIS LAND TO A BUILDER TO CONSTRUCT G+5 RESIDENTIAL FLATS ON HIS LAND. ARRANGEMENT DONE BETWEEN THEM IS OUT OF TOTAL FLATS 40 % FLATS SELLING RIGHT IS OF MY CLIENT AND REST 60 % FLATS SELLING RIGHTS IS UNDER BUILDER'S HAND. NOW MY QUESTION IS WHAT WOULD BE THE SERVICE TAX IMPLICATIONS IN HAND OF MY CLIENT FOR HIS 40 % SHARE FLATS AS WELL AS BUILDER'S 60 % SHARE FLATS cakoderma@gmail.com

any one please tell me how to pass accounting entriesworks contract transactions.ie form 8 c non compunding if the material and labour is seperately given. see for example form 8c total materilal value 571435.17 out put vat 14.5% on material value 82858.11 total labour value 110351.06 service tax@ 15?% 16552.66 total =781197.10

Dear Sir, Can an Indian company bill to a MNC based in India in USD as agreed towards the services rendered and even service tax is added to the Invoice raised to the MNC company based in Inda. ? Also can the MNC pay the same to an Indian Company in the EEFC - USD account ? Is there any violation under FEMA ? Please advise.

hi sir we have dry cleaning company. we are collecting service tax on drycleaning as well as wet cleaning. Now one of my client asking us to show the notification under which laundry and dry cleaning is service taxable ....Please let us know under which notification we are charging service tax on laundry services and dry cleaning services.
