    Dear sir. I enter the development agreement with Land owner in the month of Dec,2017 for 3 yrs from the date of agreement. my doubt is whether am i liable to pay GST now and if What is the rate of GST.

    HAVE RECENTLY JOINED A COMPANY WHOSE LAST YEAR ONE C FORM FOR INTERSTATE PURCHASES IS PENDING...SINCE THE COMPANY HAS RECEIVED BILL VERY LATE..THEY HAVE NOT RECORDED IT IN PURCHASE..BUT NOW THE PARTY WANTS C FORM..KINDLY SUGGEST HOW TO GET IT AND WEATHER ANY RETURN SHOULD BE REVISED OR NOT??

    Dear Sir, I read somewhere that any pure service provided to CG, SG and local authority are taxable at Nil rate under GST. So my query is whether local authority includes Nagarpalika? and whether such service provided to Nagarpalika are taxable under GST? Please help in this regards. Thanks

    Hi Sir, I filed ITR-1 before the deadline last year (July 2017) but still there's no refund initiated from IT Dept. I understand this year it was slow processing compared to previous years because of whole demonetization episode but still it has been more than 7 months. Is there a time frame issued by IT Dept. that you are aware of. Thanks in advance !
