    Hi Sir I am based in UK. My parents bangalore who are retired want to send 1CR to my UK bank as gift, but to avoid TCS. They can send to my NRO in RBL and I can repatriate. I am UK citizen with OCI, so no tax returns in India. Bank stated I have to have forms filled like 15CA CB and Form A. With a CA. Can you support and can these be done while I am in UK. My sister in bangalore is assisting me. But I needed the funds here in UK urgently.

    Sir i have stocks in my demat worth 10 lacs which I have taken as delivery for cash. When I started margin trading, the stocks started getting added to my portfolio but show as pending for delivery. My query is do I need to account for my margin trading stocks worth 20 lacs(portfolio shows 30 lacs) in my books of a/c or ok to report only the profit made in short term capital gains & speculative income & also where do I account the interest paid on the margin trading stocks
