    Dear sir, Can you kindly advise me in the following matter regarding GST: There was some problem in migrating from VAT to GST. The provisional GST was cancelled by the jur. officer. But i have done business during the year 2017-18. I am unable to file my returns from July 2017 to March 2018. I have contacted the concerned CTO but he could not help me to file my returns for 2017-18. Can the experts tell me how i can file the GST returns for 2017-18?

    Sir, My query is regarding Advance payment made for availing Hall for a function. In the Balancesheet of 2017-18 this is shown as Advance paid,on the Asset side under Current Asset. What should be its current year treatment?

    OUR PROVIDENT FUND TRUST IS EXEMPT U/S 10(25). A NOTICE HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR FILING RETURN FOR AY 2011-12. PAN IS REGISTERED UNDER THE STATUS OF "TRUST". THERE IS NO OPTION FOR TRUST IN THE RETURN. SO HOW TO FILE RETURN IN ITR 5? KINDLY GUIDE.
