    Dear sir,I am a student and my father wants to transfer his one segment of business to me . I have formed a new prop.concern in my name. Will it ok to transfer the asset and liabilities to me to support in start of my business and let consideration be gift ? or will it be viable to show it as unsecured loan? Amount of assets and liabilities being taken over amount to Rs.50 lacs. Pls guide
