: FDI as capital contribution in Indian LLP
Dear Sir, One of my client incorporated LLP having two partners with 50% share each. Now the foreigner remitted their share for capital contribution. but as per FDI norms a certificate must be produced from a CA/CS for valuation. My concern is, the LLP is newly incorporated having capital in total of Rs. 10000, are we have to produce the valuation report and if yes then what will be the methodology for the valuation. Looking for your prompt reply. -

When we received purchase order from our customer, then manpower charges was also there , PO amount exceed 50k, My questions 1. How do we make invoice 2. Do we have generate eway bill for the purchase order, material already supplied to customer, Only Invoice is pending -

: PF withdrawal
Sir, While withdrawing PF,I got rejection of "bank passbook copy not attested by authorised signatory". I have downloaded Mpassbook of HDFC bank, took print out and now bank has only stamped it with their regular stamp but no other signature of any officer. Will it be sufficient for authorised signatory?
