Hi sir, I need help about TDS claim. My Sister has a fixed deposit & my Sister have no pan card, so she did not show her pan card into the bank & bank have deducted TDS(Asst. Year 2013-2014) from interest. Now my Sister have Pan card & it recorded into the bank.My sister have no IT file. My question is Can my Sister claim this TDS? If yes then How?
