Dear Sir Thanks for your reply. I want to know that is it the current employers liability to deduct the tax if employee doesn't give the previous employer salary detail?

i have joined a new co from this month and my salary does not come under income tax slab since only 4 months are left in this fiscal year. pls advice whether tds has to be deducted on my salary
