Minimum 4 to 6 years of industry related experience with in-depth understanding of the Internal Audit and Risk Advisory domain, with good exposure in manufacturing industry/sector.
Good Communication Skill.

5 to 10 years of Experience in Audit & Assurance, External Audits, Statutory Audits, USGAAP Client Engagement, Team Management & Training.
Qualification: CA(ICAI) or US CPA

Having practical knowledge and experience in Statutory, Internal and Tax Audit of companies
2.Knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS,AS,NBFCs Regulations, Limited review of listed companies, ROC ,GST,ICDS and Income Tax compliances, etc
3.Technically sound and well versed with provisions of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, ICDS, GST, Accounting Standards and other related laws.
4.Client dealing, communication and work management.
Skills & Experience : Reqd. IPC / IPCC
Should be good in spoken English. Should have good knowledge in accounting, auditing, excel, tally, Quick Books. Sincere guy wanted
