Understanding Consequences and Solutions When Eway Bills Aren't Generated

Hi Team, If an Eway bill is not generated at the time of supply of goods due to unawareness or negligence of the person, what are the consequences? Additionally, what are the possible solutions?

As per section 122(1)(xvi) of the CGST Act penalty may be Rs ten thousand or an amount equivalent to the tax evaded.

it's as per rules . already noted by above member.

Additionally, what are the possible solutions?
Better to Contact Your Circle GST officer with above said details (unawareness). he may help in this regard. Otherwise it's only way to pay penalty if (on) conduct audit.
