30 August 2019I have converted ca ipc old syllabus to new syllabus. I created userid in self service portal but my userid is not open.it shows userid is disabled contact your administrator. How to open my userid please anyone tell me.there is no response of my mail in icai institute

Has the disabled User Id has been rectified? Or else contact now through ICAI e sahayataa phone number which is available in icai portal.They are now very quick to responding queries.
