Hi Everyone,
Whether the commission payments to the agent by service provider of "CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX". for sale of flats to an indian resident attracts service tax liabiility?
Pl help me immediately regarding the above.

Services under the " construction of complex" is taxable since 2005. The next line of your question is vague.

Yes, service tax will be applicable on commission payments to the agent for sale of flats.
