What's wrong with the instiute, the results of PCC/IPCC again got posponed to 8th February 2011

Why everytime it is wrong with only PCC results???

Being postive but we cant think positive at this moment, we shall hope that institue has posponed for making the results better than actual..

NOTHING CAN BE DO, WAIT STILL THEY ANNOUNCE...THINK THEY MAY GIVE GOOD RESULTS THIS TIME...
