Why it is so that when it is given in question that PI is adversly affected by 10% and you had assumed PI same in question no.2 (a). Can we take PI as 9 instead of 10

hey...wat abt the question on lease n bank borrowing...if someone has taken an assumption abt salvage being sold at tht amt then answer wil change...it wil come in favour of bank...wat abt tht..??...is tht correct or not????

plz see ur sir's answer regarding M&A question..he has took ratnam lts earnings as 400 instead of 4000 n no of shares as 100 instead of 1000...n its better to refer MAKKARS SIR solution abt capital budgeting question...he has done it in quite a simple way rather than ths complex way to solution given by aditya sir..

YES SUMIT, YOU ARE RIGHT. WE SHOULD TAKE P/E RATIO AFTER MERGER 9% ONLY.HERE IS MISTAKE IN SOLUTION PROVIDED BY ADITYA JAIN SIR.

hmm...but in question itself saying as company discounts its cash flows with 16% disc rate..then no need for tht for making it after tax..its itself after tax disc rate...but may b examiner wil give due attention to urs assumption...
