if we r giving semi finished goods for job work for doing machining or fabrication to registered firm or Unregistered firm whts the rate of tax & can we claim itc.

yes u can claim full itc.
if you received service from GST registered person.. they can issue tax service invoice to you. then you can claim ITC.
if you received service from unregistered person.. they can't issue tax service invoice to you. then you should pay RCM.
if you received service from unregistered person.. they can't issue tax service invoice to you. then you should pay RCM.
