ISD registration
if I have ISD reg and GST reg in haryana along with one warehouse in same state and not distribute the ISD credit to other state then ISD nil return submission is mandatory or not?

Sec 39(8) makes mandatory for normal dealers and composite dealers to furnish returns whether or not any supply have been made.
So, for ISD it is not mandatory.
