Hello everyone,

My father was an army officer and was transferred every 3-4 years. His IT circle was in Pune.

Area Code PNE

AO Type W

Range Code 55

AO Number 1

Jurisdiction ITO WD 4(1),GHQ,PNE

Now, he is retired and settled in Agra.

How can we change his circle to Agra and move his file to Agra ITO?

u send a letter at pune income tax depatment cricle under which your father's return was filed for transfer of your it file from pune to agra income tax department, letter make 3 copy, one copy give him and 2 copy tack with u, out fo 2 copy on which pune department has make seal send one copy to agra income tax department cricle where your return will file and take one copy with u...
